Turagavou operates a barber shop in Lami, which serves as the cornerstone of his business due to the strong demand for its services in the area. <\/p>\n
Having lived in Lami for the past 43 years, he has built strong relationships with local businesses, stakeholders, and the landowners of Suvavou.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Before venturing into business, Turagavou worked with the Fiji Rugby Union and the Fiji Sports Council.<\/p>\n
His passion for sports, particularly rugby, remains strong.<\/p>\n
In addition to being a successful entrepreneur, he is also a rugby coach for one of Suva\u2019s prominent rugby clubs, the Marist Old Boys Rugby Team.<\/p>\n
His business has grown in popularity over the years, particularly the barber shop, which has become well known within the Lami community.<\/p>\n
Turagavou believes that the welfare of his employees is essential to the success of any business.<\/p>\n
He describes his staff as the backbone of the company and ensures they are treated well, resulting in high levels of productivity and commitment.<\/p>\n
He also credits much of his success to his wife, Elenoa Lalabalavu Turagavou, whom he describes as his pillar of strength. <\/p>\n
Together, they manage and operate the business.<\/p>\n
Nadrou Investment has diversified its operations, offering a range of products including baby clothing and traditional Fijian handicrafts such as masi and woven mats.<\/p>\n
