{"id":704216,"date":"2026-06-14T21:12:11","date_gmt":"2026-06-14T21:12:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/704216\/"},"modified":"2026-06-14T21:12:11","modified_gmt":"2026-06-14T21:12:11","slug":"google-teases-pixel-drop-with-screen-reactions-more","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/704216\/","title":{"rendered":"Google Teases &#8220;Pixel Drop&#8221; With Screen Reactions, More"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As I was sipping my morning coffee yesterday and casually scrolling through my morning phone routine, I swiped through Google Discover and stumbled upon what may be teases for the next Pixel Feature Drop, thanks to an ad from Amazon and Google.<\/p>\n<p>The ad, when tapped, took me to Amazon and showed me \u201cGoogle Pixel Drop\u201d videos called \u201cScreen Reactions for Creators,\u201d \u201cGemini Omni,\u201d and \u201cTurn Your Ideas into Music.\u201d One of the videos was uploaded to Google\u2019s Amazon account (<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4akcJI3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">here<\/a>) within the past 24 hours, while another was a few days ago (<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3S7ee60\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">here<\/a>). Gemini Omni video can be seen <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4a0TyCV\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">here<\/a>. They don\u2019t appear anywhere else on the internet as far as I can tell.<\/p>\n<p>The videos are somewhat odd because all of these features were teased\/announced at Google I\/O. Google is also only referring to them as being part of a \u201cPixel Drop\u201d and not \u201cPixel Feature Drop,\u201d which is the wording they\u2019ve used in the past. Google announced these at I\/O and began rolling them out to paid tiers of Google One plans. There could be something else to this part of the drop that we just don\u2019t know yet without an announcement from Google.<\/p>\n<p>Neither of these videos says anything about these features being exclusive to Pixel phones, which makes sense, since they aren\u2019t \u2013 they are paid Gemini features.<\/p>\n<p>For Screen Reactions, those were first announced at I\/O and then only just now arrived in the latest Android 17 QPR1 Beta 4 that dropped last week. We <a href=\"https:\/\/www.droid-life.com\/2026\/06\/11\/android-17-just-added-a-built-in-selfie-reaction-feature\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">showed you how this works<\/a> after updating our Pixel 10 Pro to it and really only expected an arrival with stable QPR1 in September. This is a Pixel exclusive feature, according to the video below.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe Google is just planning a new series of promo videos to show off features that people can look forward to on Pixel phones?
