Bengals executive vice president Katie Blackburn confirmed the team\u2019s interest in an interview with select local beat writers on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve expressed interest, as have many other cities,\u201d Blackburn said, via Kelsey Conway of The Enquirer. \u201c<a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cincinnati.com\/story\/sports\/nfl\/bengals\/2026\/06\/15\/bengals-confirm-cincinnati-wants-to-be-host-city-for-nfl-draft\/90563652007\/?gnt-cfr=1&amp;gca-cat=p&amp;gca-uir=true&amp;gca-epti=z119139p003650c003650e1196xxv119139d--48--b--48--&amp;gca-ft=224&amp;gca-ds=sophi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">We are exploring it<\/a> and seeing whether we can have an opportunity to do that. We would love it if we could. We would be excited about it. We\u2019ll continue to work on it to see if it can happen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>There is no timeline for a decision. <\/p>\n<p>The 2027 NFL draft will be held in D.C., and the league recently awarded the 2028 NFL draft to Minneapolis.<\/p>\n<p>The NFL left New York after the 2014 draft, and since then, Chicago (twice), Philadelphia, Arlington, Nashville, Cleveland, Las Vegas, Kansas City, Detroit, Green Bay and Pittsburgh have hosted the draft.
