\n\t\u201cTop Gear<\/a>\u201d host and British TV icon Jeremy Clarkson<\/a> revealed that he\u2019s been diagnosed with an \u201caggressive\u201d form of cancer.<\/p>\n

\n\tDuring the final two episodes of \u201cClarkson\u2019s Farm\u201d Season 5, which are streaming on Prime Video, Clarkson told his co-stars Charlie Ireland and Kaleb Cooper, \u201cI\u2019ve got cancer.\u201d Cooper, shocked, then asked Clarkson, \u201cNo, you haven\u2019t. Where?\u201d Clarkson replied, \u201cWhere it is is of no concern of anybody. I\u2019ve known since May.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tClarkson revealed the reason he \u201cdisappeared off the other week\u201d was because he went to the doctor and \u201chad a biopsy.\u201d The doctor told him the cancer was \u201caggressive,\u201d but luckily, he said, they caught it \u201creally early.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tHe added, \u201cI\u2019ll have to go and have an operation and then, the operation is in and out in no time, but your body\u2019s out of action for a little while.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe show later showed Clarkson in a hospital bed, from where he said \u201cClarkson\u2019s Farm\u201d Season 5 started \u201cwith me in a hospital bed and we are at the end of Season 5 and I\u2019m back in a hospital bed.\u201d He explained that \u201csome of the treatment\u201d had \u201cgone awry,\u201d and that if his next round of treatment is \u201csuccessful, I\u2019ll see you for Season 6, and if it isn\u2019t, I won\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tBefore \u201cClarkson\u2019s Farm\u201d aired the Season 5 finale, Clarkson posted a video on Instagram, warning his fans that the episodes were \u201creally, really difficult.<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tFor almost 20 years, Clarkson hosted \u201cTop Gear\u201d alongside Richard Hammond and James May. Airing on the BBC for 240 episodes from 2002 to 2022, the show followed the three hosts as they traveled around the world discussing exotic and sometimes bizarre automobiles. \u201cClarkson\u2019s Farm,\u201d which premiered on Prime Video in 2021, follows Clarkson as he tries to run a countryside farm with no prior experience.<\/p>\n
