Gina Kirschenheiter celebrates Travis Mullen’s milestone birthday<\/p>\n

\u201cBig news!! Travis finally turned 40!!\u201d Gina captioned an August 6 TikTok<\/a>. \u201cI\u2019ve been waiting for this!!\u201d<\/p>\n

The post included clips of the longtime couple\u2019s various date nights, holiday celebrations, work life, and cozy, low-key moments at their home<\/a>. Gina also posted some heartwarming shots of Travis in full-on parenting mode, spending time with his kids from a previous marriage, as well as Gina\u2019s children with her ex-husband, Matt Kirschenheiter<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Gina reshared the video on Instagram with a sweet birthday message to her \u201clove.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

Gina said goodbye to her 30s in May 2024 and celebrated the new chapter with a romantic getaway to Montecito, California.<\/p>\n

\u201cI did it. I turned 40,\u201d she wrote in an Instagram post.<\/a> \u201cAnd it actually wasn\u2019t painful, it was epic thanks to [Travis]. Thank you for the most beautiful birthday weekend celebration a girl could ever ask for. Thank you for filling my heart daily with your love. And thank you for treating me like a princess this weekend with the most bougie ish ever crammed into one weekend. I love you with my whole heart.\u201d<\/p>\n

Gina Kirschenheiter and Travis Mullen move back in together<\/p>\n

Gina and Travis were introduced through a mutual friend<\/a> in 2019, less than a year after Gina and Matt\u2019s divorce was finalized. When the pandemic hit, Gina and Travis decided to move in together along with their six children. The living situation appeared to be working for the blended family\u2026 that is, until early 2024, when Gina asked Travis to move out of her townhome<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI do love my life, and I do love my family. But there\u2019s something here that\u2019s just not functioning right because the children needed more space,\u201d Gina explained in RHOC Season 18<\/a> as Travis packed his belongings. \u201cIt\u2019s just so hard to watch it, you moving out of our house<\/a>. It\u2019s confusing because we\u2019re not breaking up<\/a>, and I don\u2019t want us to break up\u2026 I do think this is the right decision and I see things we\u2019re gaining from this.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fast-forward to 2025, when Gina confirmed she and Travis were shacking up again<\/a>\u00a0in a new house. She addressed Travis’ move-out in the\u00a0RHOC Season 19 premiere, admitting her initial explanation wasn’t completely honest.<\/p>\n

“Last year, it was very easy to say, ‘Oh, we can’t afford something together,’ because that wasn’t the real issue,” Gina said.\u00a0“I found out that I was living with fear and making my decisions out of fear.”<\/p>\n
