Amazon’s Prime Day sale ends in about 12 hours, but many of our favorite Garmin watches remain on sale! You can save hundreds on some great Fenix 8 alternatives like the Epix Pro Gen 2 or Fenix 7 Pro Solar, while more affordable last-gen watches like the Instinct 2 and Vivoactive 5 are especially cheap.

Out of the best Garmin watches, all 2025 models remain full price. I wouldn’t expect to save any money on a Forerunner 970, Venu X1, Vivoactive 6, or Instinct 3 until Black Friday or later. But the good thing about Garmin watches is that they’re still relevant years after release, and I can still recommend some great older watches that’ll last you for years.

Here are the best Garmin Prime Day deals remaining across our favorite lineups!

This year’s Prime Day sale event kicked off at 12:01 a.m. PDT on July 8th and ends at midnight tonight, July 11th. You may have assumed Prime Day would be over by now, but Amazon decided to spread your deal-hunting period to four days.

Do Prime Day deals change daily?

Technically, yes. Some smartwatch deals have continued to drop from their initial Prime Day prices by small increments, such as the Galaxy Watch 7 and Pixel Watch 3. And other deals have “changed” in that they’ve sold out! There’s no guarantee that the stock for popular deals will remain available for four days.

In this specific case, Garmin usually decided on hard sale prices for its watches and doesn’t tend to change them for deal events. So these Garmin Prime Day deals aren’t liable to get better; either buy them as they are now, or wait until the next Prime Day.

How do I find the best smartwatch deals during Prime Day?

As detailed in my 5 top tips for buying tech during Prime Day, it’s best to approach the sale calmly with a shopping list in hand.

Amazon (and retailers like Best Buy and Walmart) are going to inundate you with countless ads and newsletters throughout the week to instill a false sense of urgency and get you to buy as much stuff as possible. It’s important to remain calm, do your research, and compare prices before you commit to one deal. Websites like Camelcamelcamel.com can also be useful for checking price history, and don’t forget to watch out for scams during the sale.

The vast majority of discounts featured during Prime Day will be exclusive to Prime members, so now’s a good time to sign up if you haven’t already. There’s even a 30-day free trial that lets you shop during the sale without paying a dime.

Simply not interested in joining Prime? It’s worth mentioning that Amazon’s biggest competitors, such as Best Buy and Walmart, are sure to be matching some discounts during their own rival sale events, so check with them before you throw in the towel.
