The Real Housewives Of Miami<\/a> star, 50, seemed puffier than usual\u00a0during a segment of Good Night New York on Wednesday evening.<\/p>\n

Immediately, speculation began to swirl that she had gone under the knife and gotten work done to her face.<\/p>\n

But now, she has addressed the theories, and insisted that she did not get any plastic surgery.<\/p>\n

She claimed that an ‘allergic reaction’ to a beauty treatment was to blame for her new look.<\/p>\n

After one doctor posted a video to Instagram accusing Larsa of ‘questionable surgery choices,’ the reality star fired back in the comment section.<\/p>\n

‘Honey I had PRP and had an allergic reaction so chill out,’ she wrote.<\/p>\n

PRP injections, or Platelet-Rich Plasma, ‘uses a patient\u2019s own blood cells to accelerate healing in a specific area,’ per hopkinsmedicine.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Beverly Hills plastic surgeon\u00a0Dr. Kahn told the Daily Mail earlier this week that he believed Larsa had fillers and Botox on her face.<\/p>\n

‘It looks like she has gotten some fresh fillers for summer,’ he said. ‘Her lips are swollen so she likely had plenty of filler on both the top and bottom lips for a fuller feeling.<\/p>\n

‘It is also likely she had Botox on her forehead because there is not one line, even when she smiles.’<\/p>\n

Larsa\u00a0was beautifully made up for the TV appearance and donned a sleeveless floral-print dress\u00a0<\/p>\n

She was with her much-younger boyfriend Jeff Coby who doted on his lady love.<\/p>\n

The reality TV diva started dating the Haitian-American basketball player, 31, earlier this year following her split from Marcus Jordan, 34.<\/p>\n

Despite only knowing each other for a short time, the couple are moving full steam ahead as they revealed in May that they had already been discussing engagement rings.<\/p>\n

At the time, Coby told Us Weekly<\/a>, ‘We’re both super busy at the moment – the only thing I can say is to confirm that [a proposal is] coming.’<\/p>\n

Soon after, he told TMZ <\/a>that they planned to wed in November 2026, but that he still hadn’t proposed.<\/p>\n

During her Wednesday appearance in NYC, Larsa notably had a diamond ring on her wedding finger.<\/p>\n

Larsa was previously married to NBA Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen from 1997 to 2021; the couple shares four kids: Scotty Jr., 24, Preston, 22, Justin, 19, and Sophia, 16.<\/p>\n

Larsa then had an on-again, off-again relationship with Marcus, the son of NBA legend and Chicago Bulls teammate of Scottie’s, Michael Jordan.\u00a0<\/p>\n
