\n Ohio State\u2019s final high school football camp of 2026 featured an appearance from the Buckeyes\u2019 most prominent target in the 2028 recruiting class. <\/p>\n
\n\tAs the No. 4 overall prospect in the 2028 class<\/a> and the younger brother of former Ohio State superstar Marvin Harrison Jr., five-star wide receiver Jett Harrison is arguably the Buckeyes\u2019 highest-priority target at any position in his class. He offered a glimpse of why as he worked out with Ohio State wide receivers coach Cortez Hankton during Thursday\u2019s camp at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center.\n<\/p>\n \n\tHarrison, who was projected to eventually commit to Ohio State by Rivals\u2019 Steve Wiltfong<\/a> earlier this week, only went through drills for about 30 minutes before watching the rest of the camp with the likes of five-star quarterback Christopher Vargas, Northwestern quarterback commit RJ Day and Ohio State\u2019s wide receivers. But even that was enough to see why Harrison is one of the top prospects in the class, as the 6-foot-2, 175-pound receiver consistently caught the ball in his hands, ran crisp routes and showed plenty of explosive athleticism.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n \n\tHarrison had plenty of talented quarterbacks to catch passes from as the signal-callers at Thursday\u2019s camp included Brady Edmunds<\/a>, Ohio State\u2019s quarterback commit in the 2027 class; Vargas, the No. 1 quarterback<\/a> in the 2028 class; Josiah Boyd<\/a>, the seventh-ranked quarterback in the 2028 class; and Ty Snell<\/a>, an early candidate to be Ohio State\u2019s top quarterback target in the 2029 class.\n<\/p>\n \n\tEdmunds, who\u2019s in the midst of a five-day visit to Ohio State that could determine whether he stays committed to the Buckeyes or flips to UCLA, looked the part of a Buckeye-caliber passer on Thursday, showing consistent accuracy throughout drills, including multiple deep touchdown passes during the competitive portion of the day.\n<\/p>\n \n\t\tOhio State quarterback commit Brady Edmunds ends his day at camp with a deep touchdown throw. pic.twitter.com\/rF9c3nzF0V<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n \t\u2014 Dan Hope (@Dan_Hope) June 18, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n \n\tAfter camp, Edmunds met with the media for the second time in two days<\/a> and said he\u2019s enjoyed his time at Ohio State so far this week but that the real conversations that will determine whether or not he stays committed to the Buckeyes will come this weekend during his official visit.\n<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cOhio State’s where I want to be as of now, it’s just, we got to go through the process,\u201d Edmunds said. \u201cObviously, college football is a crazy thing, so for me to just have a safety blanket with UCLA, just because you never know where this business is going to take you.
