Arsenal have kicked off their transfer activity just days into the summer window<\/a>. The fast-paced nature of elite level football means the north Londoners are already working hard behind-the-scenes to improve their squad, having been crowned Premier League champions last month<\/a>.<\/p>\n Just days after their Champions League<\/a> final defeat, 15 Gunners stars joined up with their respective national teams to compete at the ongoing World Cup 2026<\/a>, which concludes on July 19. Now, Mirror Football brings you two major transfer developments involving Arsenal.<\/p>\n Arsenal beat Liverpool to signing<\/p>\n Arsenal have hijacked Liverpool<\/a>\u2019s pursuit of teenage goalkeeper Phoenix Blayney. The 23-year-old, who recently scored on his World Cup debut for France<\/a>, has been linked with the Gunners and Liverpool for several months.<\/p>\n But The Independent<\/a> reports that Arsenal are now looking into the necessary details before lodging an official bid for the winger. Barcola has been reported elsewhere to cost anywhere between \u00a360million and \u00a3105m.<\/p>\n PSG<\/a>\u2019s preference would be to keep the attacker but they are also open to selling him and reshaping their attack.
