machine,\u201d said Dr. Lee. \u201cProcessed foods are notorious for having ingredients that are not natural, preservatives that help it stay on a shelf for a long time, or texturizers\/additives to make foods taste better,\u201d which may contribute to inflammation.<br data-node-id=\"17.1\"\/><\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"18\" class=\"css-1ood0zq emevuu60\">That said, \u201cAll ultra-processed foods are not created equal.
