Former NASCAR driver Danica Patrick appears to be spending the majority of her summer by the beach.<\/p>\n

Patrick, 43, recently announced that she was vacationing in Europe. She posted a few swimsuit photos on Instagram and shared a story about her losing a few credit cards during her trip.<\/p>\n

“I\u00a0don\u2019t know why I ever leave Europe in the summer. It\u2019s such a vibe. The food, architecture, weather, water, pace of life, lack of tipping, and chemtrails. Haha,”\u00a0Patrick wrote for her caption<\/a>.\u00a0“I did lose my phone while I was there, and credit cards and ID\u2026. 8 days with zero technology. If I didn\u2019t respond to a message, it\u2019s lost in the cloud\u2026. Like I am here in this picture\u2026 and where I wish I still was!”<\/p>\n

The former IndyCar Rookie of the Year also shared photos of her enjoying a nightclub in Ibiza<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The fun didn’t stop there for Danica.<\/p>\n

On Friday night, Patrick shared a few swimsuit photos from Sicily along with this caption: “Bello e delizioso Sicily\u2026. Taormina must be on everyone\u2019s list.”<\/p>\n

NASCAR fans immediately bombarded Patrick’s comments section with compliments.<\/p>\n

“You\u2019re so beautiful and your figure is sensational,” one fan commented.<\/p>\n

“You look awesome and beautiful Danica,” a second fan wrote.<\/p>\n

“Great picture, hope you had fun,” another fan said.<\/p>\n

“You are gorgeous,” an Instagram user wrote.<\/p>\n

Patrick’s latest post almost seems like an audition for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. For what it’s worth, she posed for the magazine in 2008.<\/p>\n

“This type of shooting is actually really fun. I didn\u2019t know how I would feeling coming in. I don’t think I\u2019ve ever really been in a straight swimsuit before for a photoshoot, so I was a little bit nervous but excited, too, because this is a big deal. I did the best to prepare. It [was] weird to be in a bathing suit and wearing racing boots or a suit,” Patrick said. “The swimsuit issue is something that everybody looks at. I\u2019m so flattered because it\u2019s such a unique and prestigious piece to be a part of.”<\/p>\n
