News has reached out to reps for the couple for comment but hasn\u2019t heard back.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout their time together, Yolanda has done her best to keep her romance with Randy\u2014the founder and CEO of Xebec, as well as CEO of Sandow Lakes Ranch Venture, LLC, and Sandow Lakes Energy Company\u2014out of the spotlight, with the two rarely speaking publicly about their relationship.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Yolanda\u2019s engagement news comes over a year after she quietly ended her relationship with Joseph Jingoli, who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/1406698\/gigi-and-bella-hadids-mom-yolanda-hadid-engaged-to-ceo-joseph-jingoli-after-6-years-of-dating\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer nofollow\">she was engaged to in 2024<\/a>.
