There\u2019s a robust ecosystem of MagSafe accessories for iPhone on the market, and these are some of my favorites.<\/p>\n

MagSafe chargers<\/p>\n

I\u2019m a huge fan of the Twelve South HiRise 3 Deluxe<\/a>. I think it\u2019s the best multi-device charger on the market, allowing you to charge your iPhone using MagSafe, alongside your Apple Watch and AirPods. It has a compact design and holds your iPhone upright so you can use StandBy mode.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re looking for something a bit more basic, Apple\u2019s own MagSafe charging puck<\/a> is an excellent choice. It provides faster wireless charging up to 25W.<\/p>\n

MagSafe wallet<\/p>\n

\"iPhone<\/p>\n

Apple\u2019s first MagSafe-capable iPhone was the iPhone 12 in 2020. When I got my iPhone 12 Pro, I immediately switched to a MagSafe-compatible wallet, and I haven\u2019t looked back since. I no longer carry any sort of \u201creal\u201d wallet.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s a wide array of MagSafe wallets on the market. Apple\u2019s first-party FineWoven Wallet with MagSafe<\/a> is a great choice, albeit pretty basic.<\/p>\n

Moft also makes a really clever MagSafe wallet<\/a> that doubles as a kickstand for your iPhone.<\/p>\n

MagSafe car mount<\/p>\n

Gone are the days of car mounts with awkward clips to hold your iPhone in place. MagSafe has enabled accessory makers to create sleek and discreet in-car holders for your iPhone. <\/p>\n

Belkin\u2019s MagSafe Vent Mount Pro<\/a> is a great choice if you\u2019re shopping on a budget. The only downside here is that Belkin\u2019s accessory doesn\u2019t charge your iPhone, so you\u2019ll still need to plug it in manually. iOttie\u2019s Velox Qi2 Mini<\/a> is my recommendation for people who want a MagSafe vent mount that can also charge their iPhone.<\/p>\n

If you drive a car without traditional vents, such as a Tesla, Belkin also makes a Qi2 MagSafe phone mount<\/a> that attaches to the back of your car\u2019s infotainment screen. In my Ford Mustang Mach-E, I personally use a phone mount from Jowua<\/a>, though I can\u2019t vouch for the latest generation model.<\/p>\n

MagSafe batteries<\/p>\n

MagSafe has also enabled an innovative category of MagSafe battery packs. These attach magnetically to the back of your iPhone so you can charge while on the go. <\/p>\n

I use an iPhone Air, so I\u2019ve opted for Apple\u2019s official MagSafe Battery<\/a> \u2014 but it only works with the iPhone Air. It does not work with any other iPhone model.<\/p>\n

Prior to getting the iPhone Air, I used the Anker Nano Power Bank<\/a>. My friend Stephen Robles is obsessed with MagSafe Battery Packs and has a great video testing a ton of different options on the market. His favorite is the Baseus Picogo Qi2.2 25W<\/a>, and you can watch his full video below to find out why.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

MagSafe PopSockets <\/p>\n

PopSockets<\/a> have been around for ages, but I never gave them a shot until MagSafe came along. I didn\u2019t care for the adhesive design or having to use a case designed specifically design for use with a PopSocket.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t use a PopSocket with my iPhone Air, but I did keep one handy when I was using the iPhone 16 Pro. Thanks to MagSafe, you can pick and choose when you use a PopSocket<\/a> and don\u2019t have to keep it permanently attached to your iPhone.<\/p>\n

Other clever MagSafe products<\/p>\n

While those are some of the most common MagSafe categories out there, Apple\u2019s technology has enabled a bunch of other clever products. <\/p>\n

For example, there are MagSafe mounts<\/a> specifically designed to hold your phone up in the shower. There are magnetic suction cup grips<\/a> for your iPhone. There are MagSafe chargers shaped like globes<\/a>. There are MagSafe grips designed to make your iPhone easier to hold for photography<\/a>. There are MagSafe ring lights<\/a> to improve your selfie game, MagSafe mounts for using your iPhone as your Mac\u2019s webcam<\/a>, and so much more.<\/p>\n
