Millie Bobby Brown admitted she made an active effort to \u201cmend\u201d unresolved issues with her \u201cStranger Things\u201d co-stars after the Netflix series ended last year.<\/p>\n

The actress addressed the post-finale dynamic with her castmates during a live recording of \u201cHappy Sad Confused\u201d at 92NY on Wednesday, where she shared that she went into \u201ca little bit of a slight, slight depression\u201d after \u201cStranger Things\u201d concluded its five-season run on New Year\u2019s Eve.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was very hard for me,\u201d she said. \u201cI would not have expected that coming off of the show. I\u2019m a very happy-go-lucky person.\u201d<\/p>\n

Per Brown, she then devoted her January to reconnecting with her co-stars, hoping to confirm that their bond would continue after the show\u2019s conclusion.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey probably thought I was crazy,\u201d Brown said. \u201cI was like, \u2018We\u2019re still friends, right? Like, you\u2019re not gonna stop talking to me anymore?\u2019 I was like, \u2018I\u2019m sorry if I ever upset you,\u2019 and was just trying to mend anything. \u2018It\u2019s been 10 years, and I really want to be friends. You\u2019re my sibling.\u2019 And then I was on the beach, it was beautiful, and I just sat there crying. It was a very hard time for me.\u201d<\/p>\n

As Brown went on, she noted that \u201cno one will ever understand it,\u201d given she started \u201cStranger Things\u201d when she was only 10 years old. <\/p>\n

\u201cAnd this character was me, and these people were in my life more than my own family,\u201d she noted. \u201cI saw these people more than going home and eating dinner with my family. Saying goodbye to that after 10 years was a very, very emotional thing, and I\u2019m going to miss Eleven more than anything.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brown\u2019s comments come seven months after Daily Mail reported that Brown filed a lengthy harassment and bullying complaint against her co-star ahead of filming the fifth and final season of \u201cStranger Things.\u201d However, at the \u201cStranger Things\u201d Season 5 premiere, Brown and Harbour put up a united front<\/a>, walking the red carpet together and posing for photos.<\/p>\n

She later said in a press day interview that her relationship with Harbour meant \u201cso much<\/a>,\u201d adding, \u201cI mean, we play father and daughter. And similar to Noah [Schnapp] and [Winona Ryder], you have an amazing friendship.\u201d<\/p>\n
