A possible heatwave could begin today as White Plains may reach and surpass 90. The 90s may continue through Thursday. Rain holds off until late next week. <\/p>\n<p>TODAY &amp; TONIGHT: Cloudless skies, some haze and comfortably warm temperatures. Nice and low humidity. Highs near 89.
