Tolo, the girlfriend of biohacker Bryan Johnson, took to social media this week to reveal that her skin is nine years younger than she is.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am 30, and my skin age is 21. I took a scientific approach; you can too,\u201d she promised in a series of posts on X<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Tolo further detailed her protocol for co-ed aged skin and what inspired her journey to turn back time. <\/p>\n

The girlfriend of biohacker Bryan Johnson has revealed her skin is nine years younger than she is. Bryan Johnson \/ X<\/p>\n

\u201cIn this post, I\u2019ve shared everything I did to reverse my skin age and how you can do the same,\u201d she said, noting that she achieved a younger look without the advent of Botox or filler. <\/p>\n

\u201cAt age 27, my skin was age 26; now, at age 30, my skin is age 21. This means that in 3 years, instead of accumulating 3 years of skin age, I reversed my skin age by 5 years.\u201d <\/p>\n

Tolo admitted that five years ago, she was eating McDonald\u2019s and doing nothing for her skin\u00a0\u2014 and then she met Johnson.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe started our health scientific experiment together, and I started to change my core habits\u2026 which no doubt had a major impact on my overall aging.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tolo noted that facial aging affects bone structure, collagen, hydration, elasticity, fat and tissue placement, among others factors.<\/p>\n

Her skin age estimate is based on 8 specific skin markers that can be measured with multispectral imaging, a technology that uses standardized visible, polarized and UV lighting to assess surface and subsurface skin features.<\/p>\n

She explained that the imaging measures spots, pores, wrinkles, texture, UV spots, brown spots, red areas, and porphyrins \u2014 but cannot gauge collagen, elasticity of skin and bone structure.<\/p>\n

So even though her skin is biologically the same age as someone who only just became eligible to drink legally, she said that doesn\u2019t mean she necessarily looks 21.<\/p>\n

The totality of her skin treatments include microdoses of Accutane to treat acne and a slew of supplements, including hyaluronic acid, Vitamin C and D, Omega-3, and copper.<\/p>\n

She also prioritizes sleep, nutrition, and exercise and avoids UV exposure, all of which can contribute to overall skin health.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s possible the oral sex Johnson has publicly boasted of performing on Tola <\/a>has boosted her glow, as previous studies have found orgasms and sex in general<\/a> are great for the skin.<\/p>\n

Tolo also revealed that she has relied on treatments like red light therapy, microneedling<\/a>, IPL, dermatological lasers, Sculptra and Sofwave.<\/p>\n

In addition to its anti-inflammatory effects, red light therapy offers a variety of\u00a0\u201cpro-aging\u201d benefits, including collagen stimulation,\u00a0minimizing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles<\/a>, and improving skin quality.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, microneedling, in which fine points are used to puncture the skin, triggering the body\u2019s natural healing response and the production of collagen and elastin, has been linked to serious complications. <\/a><\/p>\n

Tolo went on to shout out the skin benefits of several of Johnson\u2019s Blueprint products, including collagen, extra-virgin olive oil, Longevity Mix, Omega-3, Advanced Antioxidants, Essential capsules, Serum, Moisturizer, and Cleanser.<\/p>\n

Tolo admits that since getting her multispectral imaging results, she has experimented with Botox and filler in the pursuit of facial balancing, which she calls \u201ca whole other art form.\u201d <\/p>\n

Earlier this year, Johnson made headlines by posting Tolo\u2019s vaginal microbiome report, bragging that his lady love represented the \u201ctop 1% of all vaginas.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

He later took to X to post a curious photo of the two at Tolo\u2019s gynecological exam<\/a>, revealing a potential endometriosis diagnosis. <\/p>\n
