He has appeared in 104 games over the past two seasons, including nine starts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">In those games, Matkovi\u0107 has averaged 6.5 points and 4.2 rebounds in 16.4 minutes per game. He has shot 58.9% from the floor, 37.8% from 3-point range and 75.3% from the free-throw line.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">PELICANS HEADLINES<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The move gives the Pelicans more frontcourt depth heading into the offseason while keeping Matkovi\u0107 on a team-friendly deal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Matkovi\u0107 played in 62 games during the 2025-26 season, averaging 5.7 points and 3.7 rebounds.
