\u201cJersey Shore\u201d star Jenni \u201cJWoww\u201d Farley reportedly did not invite co-stars Angelina Pivarnick\u00a0and\u00a0Ronnie Ortiz-Magro to her surprise wedding.<\/a><\/p>\n

A source told TMZ<\/a> Thursday that Pivarnick and Ortiz-Magro were \u201cblindsided\u201d by being left off Farley\u2019s wedding guest list.<\/p>\n

The pair, according to the insider, \u201care extremely upset and hurt\u201d by the snub.<\/p>\n

\u201cJersey Shore\u201d star Jenni \u201cJWoww\u201d Farley (seen above) did not invite co-stars Angelina Pivarnick and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro to her surprise wedding to Zack Carpinello on Wednesday, according to TMZ. Instagram\/@mikethesituation<\/p>\n

A source told the outlet Ortiz-Magro and Pivarnick (seen above with Vinny Guadagnino and Deena Nicole Cortese) were \u201cblindsided\u201d by being excluded from the wedding. Brian Zak\/NY Post<\/p>\n

Page Six has reached out to reps for Farley, Pivarnick and Ortiz-Magro for comment.<\/p>\n

Farley, 41, tied the knot with 31-year-old pro wrestler Zack Carpinello<\/a> Wednesday at Madison Modern Social in Old Bridge, New Jersey.<\/p>\n

The couple invited 50 friends and family members to the venue for what they believed to be a special screening of her upcoming film \u201cNanny Cam\u201d \u2014 only to surprise guests with a wedding ceremony officiated by the city\u2019s local mayor.<\/p>\n

The insider also claimed Ortiz-Magro (pictured above with Farley in 2014) and Pivarnick \u201care extremely upset and hurt\u201d by the wedding snub. Getty Images<\/p>\n

Farley\u2019s co-stars who were in attendance included: Nicole \u201cSnooki\u201d Polizzi; Deena Nicole Cortese and her husband, Chris Buckner; Sammi \u201cSweetheart\u201d Giancola and her husband, Justin May<\/a>; and Mike \u201cThe Situation\u201d Sorrentino and his wife, Lauren<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Sorrentino shared Instagram photos<\/a> of the reality stars with the bride and groom at the wedding, writing, \u201cGYM TAN LOVE \u2764\ufe0f. Congratulations @jwoww @zackclayton.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Paul \u201cPauly D\u201d DelVecchio\u00a0and\u00a0Vinny Guadagnino were invited, but didn\u2019t attend for unknown reasons, per TMZ.<\/p>\n

Farley has had a complicated relationship with Pivarnick, and things really came to a head at Pivarnick\u2019s 2019 wedding to Chris Larangeira.<\/p>\n

There, Farley, Polizzi and Cortese roasted Pivarnick in their speech<\/a> and were booed by the crowd.<\/p>\n

Pivarnick had a brief falling out with the trio after the incident, which played out on \u201cJersey Shore: Family Vacation.\u201d<\/p>\n

TMZ also reported Paul \u201cPauly D\u201d DelVecchio\u00a0and\u00a0Vinny Guadagnino were invited to the wedding but didn\u2019t attend for unknown reasons (Giancola, Cortese, Farley, Polizzi and Pivarnick are seen above in 2025). Getty Images for Paramount +<\/p>\n

Ortiz-Magro, meanwhile, sparked health concerns when he appeared to nod off during a SiriusXM cast interview<\/a> in April. <\/p>\n

Shortly after, Ortiz-Magro told fans in a statement<\/a> he\u2019s dealing with \u201cmental health struggles,\u201d including depression, bipolar and anxiety.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat you saw was me trying to battle through one of my toughest moments,\u201d he wrote. \u201cI pushed myself to try to show up for other people when I just needed to show up for myself.\u201d<\/p>\n

After her wedding, Farley told People<\/a> she and Carpinello wanted their special day to \u201cfeel authentic.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe surprise element, the family focus and the intimate guest list all allowed us to create something personal and meaningful,\u201d Farley shared.<\/p>\n

The MTV star also said the pair \u201cenvisioned a small, meaningful celebration focused on the people who matter most to us.\u201d<\/p>\n

Farley and her ex-husband\u2019s daughter Meilani, 11, and son Greyson, 10, were both involved in her and Carpinello\u2019s wedding.<\/p>\n
