UConn Huskies<\/a> forward Ice Brady is still preparing for their defense of the NCAA national championship they won last April. Do better,\u201d said one critic.<\/p>\n After full time, the San Diego Wave ended up with a draw against Angel City FC, as the the game ties scoreless for most of the game. This changed after Makenzy Robbe scored a goal in the 85th minute of the match, though this did not last long. Alanna Kennedy scored a crucial goal during the 92nd minute of the game, with neither team managing to score a goal soon after, thus the match ending in a draw.<\/p>\n After the match, the San Diego Wave are now in fourth place in the standings with seven wins, five draws and three losses.<\/p>\n Ice Brady One of UConn Ladies Who Glammed Up for the ESPYs<\/p>\n Ice Brady previously found herself as one of the UConn Huskies who attended the ESPYs last July, as they were nominated for the \u201cBest Team\u201d award. Joining her were Azzi Fudd, KK Arnold, Morgan Cheli and more. All of them were glammed up<\/a> and even featured by Vogue magazine.<\/p>\n They were nominated for the award after dethroning the then-defending national champions, the South Carolina Gamecocks in a thrilling national final. Paige Bueckers missed the award ceremony, as she was already in the WNBA at that time.<\/p>\n Eventually, the team lost the award to Super Bowl champs, the Philadelphia Eagles.
