Narcisse Ngoy built his reputation the hard way, climbing through France\u2019s pro pipeline from the youth ranks at Espoirs Roanne to professional minutes with Chorale Roanne Basket and Rouen Metropole Basket. He represented France on the junior national team along the way. Then came the breakout. Anchoring Poitiers Basket 86 in the LNB Pro B, Ngoy posted 10.7 points, 11.7 rebounds and 2.7 blocks in fewer than 25 minutes per game while shooting 70% from the field. He swept the division\u2019s top honors, taking home Most Valuable Player, Defensive Player of the Year and Most Improved Player.
