{"id":732087,"date":"2026-06-29T02:29:08","date_gmt":"2026-06-29T02:29:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/732087\/"},"modified":"2026-06-29T02:29:08","modified_gmt":"2026-06-29T02:29:08","slug":"black-bear-spotted-in-metro-atlanta-neighborhoods-simply-a-bear-doing-the-bare-necessities-wsb-tv-channel-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/732087\/","title":{"rendered":"Black bear spotted in metro Atlanta neighborhoods: \u2018simply a bear doing the bare necessities\u2019 \u2013 WSB-TV Channel 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">SENOIA, Ga. \u2014 The Senoia Police Department says there have been a couple of black bear sightings nearby.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">However, the department says they\u2019re nothing to be alarmed about, as the bear hasn\u2019t displayed worrying behavior.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">Senoia PD said one sighting was in the Springdale subdivision off of Coweta Street, while another was in Newnan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">\u201cIf you happen to spot the bear, please do not approach it.
