Lillian said she was “very proud of my family”and that she had been “overwhelmed” by all of the birthday messages she had received.<\/p>\n
“I’ve never ever expected such an outcry of happiness for me – it’s been lovely,” she said.<\/p>\n
For the past two decades Lillian has attended the weekly exercise class.<\/p>\n
She said the key to a long life was nothing groundbreaking, only leading simple healthy habits.<\/p>\n
In a nutshell, she advised: “Just don’t do anything extreme, you know?”<\/p>\n
Elizabeth Corran, who runs the fitness class, said Lillian was “a true inspiration to me and everyone who attends the class<\/p>\n
