Maxence Sirois was last seen at 1 p.m. Sunday at McBride Lane and Underwood Avenue in the Hayward area of Alameda County, but CHP said it was not notified until Tuesday.The Hayward Police Department said Sirois was taken by his mother, 42-year-old Marina Kazakova.Hayward police later announced that Maxence was found safe and unharmed and that Kazakova is in custody. Efforts are underway to reunite Maxence with his father.CHP said Maxence and Kazakova could have been in Alameda, San Joaquin, Kern or Los Angeles counties.
