(WOWT) &#8211; The man accused of using a metal cutter to break into a popular Omaha restaurant has been sentenced to time behind bars.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">A judge sentenced Jason Fischer to at least five years for six separate burglary charges.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">One of those counts stems from a February 2025 incident at Spezia, an Italian steakhouse near 72nd and Grover.
