So I said don\u2019t touch it and will send officers out,\u201d Weed Police dispatch told The California Post.<\/p>\n<p>The California Department of Fish and Wildlife responded to the scene where they miraculously managed to get the bird \u2014 identified as a juvenile red-tailed hawk \u2014 safely out of the vehicle, with officials saying the bird\u2019s wings were intact, per the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abc10.com\/article\/life\/animals\/juvenile-red-tailed-hawk-rescued-after-surviving-200-miles-trapped-in-car-grille\/103-68a78e28-fc98-4652-9479-3a326c96e3b6?tbref=hp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">ABC10 report.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A driver at a Chevron gas station in Weed found a bird stuck in the grille of their car.
