Dear Participants,<\/p>\n

As the curtain falls on the Ninth Cohort of this pioneering course, I am overwhelmed with admiration\u2014for your resilience, brilliance, and the future you are already helping to shape.<\/p>\n

Congratulations on successfully completing the Policy Advocacy in Genetics and Genomics course, organized by the Pan-African PGS Education and Research Initiative (PAPERI). Over the past weeks, you have not only absorbed knowledge\u2014you have activated purpose. You came not just to learn, but to lead.<\/p>\n

You navigated pressing issues \u2013 from zoonotic threats and antimicrobial resistance, to AI in healthcare and the ethics of genomic innovation. You asked hard questions, embraced uncomfortable truths, and spoke powerfully for equity, sovereignty, and justice in African science. Your debates weren\u2019t just intellectually sharp \u2013 they were morally grounded and globally relevant.<\/p>\n
