Delaware State Police say they’ve made an arrest for a July 4th shooting near Arden.<\/p>\n
Paul Waller, 39, of Wilmington, was arrested today in Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n

He’s accused of shooting a woman in the face on Saturday around 6:45pm outside a pizza shop at the corner of Marsh and Harvey Roads.<\/p>\n
Troopers say the shooting happened after the two got into a argument.<\/p>\n
The victim was taken to the hospital in serious condition.<\/p>\n
Waller will be extradited back to Delaware to face charges including first-degree attempted murder and a weapons count.<\/p>\n
The Delaware State Police Criminal Investigations Unit continues to investigate this crime. Detectives ask anyone who witnessed the incident or has relevant information to contact Det. D.
