Two counts of \u00a7 18.2-162 \u2013 Felony damage or trespass to public services or utilities or critical infrastructure<\/p>\n<p>2. Two counts of \u00a7 18.2-95 \u2013 Grand larceny<\/p>\n<p>3. One count of \u00a7 18.2-94 \u2013 Felony possession of burglarious tools, etc.<\/p>\n<p>4. Multiple tips and eyewitness accounts were essential in leading investigators to those responsible.
