His parents are registered Republicans, according to state records.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">The family is Mormon and active in the local church.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">He had a roommate, Lance Twiggs, who prosecutors say Robinson communicated with after Kirk&#8217;s shooting.
