The Federal Integrity Commission
\narrested an engineer working for the Middle Euphrates Electricity Distribution
\nCompany in Babil’s Shubbar neighborhood, a security source told
\nShafaq News on Friday.<\/p>\n
The source added that the
\ncommission’s Babil investigations office supported the operation.<\/p>\n
No details were provided on the
\nreason for the detention.<\/p>\n
On June 28, Iraqi authorities
\nlaunched a nationwide anti-corruption campaign, dubbed \u201cDawn Crackdown,\u201d under Prime
