It has an average annual value of $1.2 million.<\/p>\n<p>The 23-year-old forward was a restricted free agent. He had 13 points (five goals, eight assists) in 61 games last season, including four points (two goals, two assists) in eight games after the Oilers acquired him, along with forward <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhl.com\/player\/jason-dickinson-8477450\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Jason Dickinson<\/a>, in a trade with the Chicago Blackhawks on March 4 for forward <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhl.com\/player\/andrew-mangiapane-8478233\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Andrew Mangiapane<\/a>\u00a0and a conditional first-round pick in the 2027 NHL Draft.<\/p>\n<p>Dach had one assist in five Stanley Cup Playoff games.<\/p>\n<p>Selected by the Blackhawks in the second round (No. 62) of\u00a0the 2021 NHL Draft, Dach has 20 points (seven goals, 13 assists) in 86 games for Edmonton and Chicago.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Colton Dach signed a two-year, $2.4 million contract with the Edmonton Oilers on Sunday.
