The Oklahoma City Thunder go for their first win of the NBA Summer League when they face off against the Denver Nuggets on Tuesday night.

The Oklahoma City Thunder have not been close in their first couple of games of the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas. OKC lost to the Lakers in its opening game, 96-84, and then lost 104-79 to the Golden State Warriors. But this is just the beginning of the story for the Thunder, who won the championship just last year, but still have a treasure trove of picks thanks to the trade for Paul George that keeps on giving. Oklahoma City had three picks in this year’s draft and addressed some big holes that may have slowed them up in the Western Conference Finals this season. They picked up Aday Mara with the 12th pick, a huge center out of Michigan who will give OKC a better shot against the San Antonio Spurs’ Victor Wembanyama. Mara led the team with nine rebounds and four assists in the game against the Warriors. The Thunder’s other first-round pick, point guard Bennett Schmidt, out of Iowa, led OKC with 13 points.

Denver has had a relatively quiet offseason so far, even though they were linked in trade talks for Jaylen Brown before he ultimately went to Philadelphia. The Nuggets didn’t have a first-round pick in this year’s draft, but got guard Trevon Brazile out of Arkansas with the 35th pick and Bryce Hopkins out of St. John’s with the 49th pick. Brazile should give the Nuggets depth behind Aaron Gordon, who struggled with injuries last season. KJ Simpson led the charge for Denver against Minnesota, scoring a team-high 19 points and dishing out four assists. He is a hometown hero playing for the University of Colorado, and he was drafted by the Charlotte Hornets before signing a two-way contract in February of this year.

What Time Is the Denver Nuggets vs Oklahoma City Thunder?

The Denver Nuggets vs Oklahoma City Thunder game will take place on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 9:00 p.m. ET. Tune in and catch some great NBA action.

What Channel Is the Denver Nuggets vs Oklahoma City Thunder Game On?

Looking to watch this game?
