Milania Giudice allegedly punched someone with the initials \u201cLR\u201d in the face before her arrest for simple assault<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 20-year-old daughter of \u201cReal Housewives of New Jersey\u201d star Teresa Giudice appeared virtually in Montville Township Municipal Court on Tuesday, during which the judge alleged that she \u201cdid knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim, LR, in the head with her fist, causing redness to the middle of the victim\u2019s forehead, during a domestic dispute in violation of \u2026 a disorderly person\u2019s offense.\u201d<\/p>\n

Milania looked solemn as she sat beside her attorney, Alan Kraminsky, who spoke on her behalf.<\/p>\n

With her dark red hair slicked back and a face full of makeup, Milania answered the judge\u2019s basic questions as she was arraigned.<\/p>\n

He ordered her back to court for a hearing in August and notified her that if she is found guilty, her sentence could include up to six months in jail, probation and fines of more than $500.<\/p>\n

Milania was arrested for domestic violence at her mom and stepdad Luis \u201cLouie\u201d Ruelas\u2019 Montville, New Jersey, home on May 14.<\/p>\n

According to the Montville Police Department arrest report, Milania was \u201cthrowing food [and] candles\u201d<\/a>\u00a0during the \u201cdomestic violence dispute.\u201d<\/p>\n

Teresa\u2019s other daughter Gabriella Giudice \u2014 who was identified as the \u201creporting party\u201d \u2014 called 911 just before 6:15 p.m. and said her \u201csister [was] acting erratically,\u201d per police.<\/p>\n

The report also stated that no weapons were involved and no injuries were reported.<\/p>\n

Milania was ultimately placed under arrest with \u201cdouble-locked\u201d handcuffs and charged with one count of simple assault.<\/p>\n

Montville Municipal Court records show she entered a not guilty plea.<\/p>\n

Though she has not publicly addressed what preceded her arrest, the University of Tampa student did\u00a0break her silence on the matter<\/a>\u00a0in a June 29 TikTok.<\/p>\n

She began the video by blasting an allegedly fake mugshot of her circulating online, which she insisted was \u201cAI.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI ate down in my mugshot. I looked fire. I mean, nothing to be proud of, but I made sure of that,\u201d Milania boasted, mocking those who believed it was \u201creal.\u201d<\/p>\n

She went on to say, \u201cIt is what it is. S\u2013t happens in life. It is what it is. You gotta learn from it and just become a better person and talk about it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Milania explained she was \u201cnot in a good area in [her] life\u201d at the time of the incident.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat happens. I\u2019ve been through a lot in life, and some other stuff happened to me,\u201d she told her followers. \u201cJust because you guys think you know everything that happens in my life, you just really don\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n

The exes were married from October 1999 to September 2020, divorcing after\u00a0their respective prison stints for federal fraud<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Teresa\u00a0went on to marry<\/a>\u00a0Ruelas, 52, in August 2022.<\/p>\n
