Whether you\u2019re hungry for something new or trying to hunt down the latest and greatest in Canberra\u2019s hospitality scene, read on for some bite-sized goodness.<\/p>\n<p>Openings, closings, changes and moves<br \/>\nThe wait is over \u2013 Kinn Thai is finally open in Woden<\/p>\n<p>Those counting down the days to the opening of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinncanberra.com.au\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Kinn Thai<\/a> in Woden don\u2019t have to wait any longer \u2013 it\u2019s finally here. Cue the cheers of southsiders everywhere.<\/p>\n<p>Serving up authentic Thai flavours (and the dishes you love from the city location), find them on Level 1 near HOYTS.<\/p>\n<p>Dumpling Social is expanding with a second Canberra location<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"217\" data-end=\"394\">More dumplings are on the menu, because <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/dumplingsocial\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Dumpling Social<\/a> has announced it\u2019s opening a second venue in Braddon later this month. The team says it will be \u201cthe same Dumpling Social, bigger flavours\u201d, with the original location continuing to operate, giving Canberrans two places to get their fix.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"396\" data-end=\"818\">Taking over 61\/10 Lonsdale Street (next to Bamiyan and The Civic Pub), the new restaurant promises everything fans already love about the original \u2013 alongside more space, handcrafted cocktails, refreshing mocktails and, of course, plenty of dumplings.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"820\" data-end=\"954\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">We\u2019ll keep an eye out for an opening date, but if late-July plans involve soup dumplings and cocktails in Braddon, we\u2019re already sold.<\/p>\n<p>Missing Onzieme? We have the scoop on what\u2019s moving in on Kennedy Street<\/p>\n<p>Since the shock announcement of Onzieme\u2019s closure, Canberrans have been wondering what would happen to the iconic Kingston address. Now, we know.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/barnova.cbr\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Bar Nova<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 the brainchild of Canberra hospitality veteran Kierain Bunton \u2013 will bring a fresh new bar and restaurant to the area. The contemporary Japanese restaurant next to Canberra Centre\u2019s Tiger Lane has welcomed Executive Chef Sean John Barogo, who brings more than 26 years of experience from acclaimed kitchens including Kin Pan-Asian Kitchen &amp; Bar on the Gold Coast, Sake Restaurant Sydney and INKA Canberra.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"1150\">Marking his arrival is a refreshed menu celebrating premium Australian produce through classic Japanese techniques. Expect everything from Pacific oysters with ponzu jelly and Yarra Valley caviar to three-day miso-marinated Patagonian toothfish, charcoal-grilled MB9+ wagyu, Moreton Bay bug tempura and the restaurant\u2019s share-style Emperor\u2019s Feast.<\/p>\n<p>Gungahlin welcomes an artisan 100 per cent gluten-free bakery<\/p>\n<p>And yes, they sold out within hours of opening.<\/p>\n<p>Gluten\u2013 and preservative-free pastries, cookies, cakes and bread have arrived in Gungahlin after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DaNTJgnRklw\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Freed.Me Gluten Free Bakery<\/a> opened a physical store on Gribble Street.
