The film blends professional actors with everyday people.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tSanders is known for her documentary work, including After Innocence, which won the Sundance Special Jury Prize, and Sing!, for which she earned an Oscar nom. I Want To Feel Fun is her first narrative feature. She described the film as \u201can entirely improvised comedy weaving intersecting stories of love and connection.\u201d The Angeleno added it is \u201can unexpected, emotional adventure across L.A.\u2019s diverse neighborhoods and ultimately a love letter to the city.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tSanders also produces, alongside Patricia Seely. Executive producers include Mary Pat Bentel, David Katznelson and Noam Dromi via Reboot Studios and Joe Plummer and Stacey Reiss via Wavelength. Alyssa Schroeter and Roland Kassis Co-EP via Brevity Films.
