Mandy Moore is embracing her postpartum body after three kids in less than four years \u2014 \u201cloose skin and all.\u201d<\/p>\n
The actress proudly bared her stomach in an Instagram Story video Thursday, declaring, \u201cAfter 3 kids in 3.5 years, this is what my body is.\u201d<\/p>\n
The 42-year-old pulled her shorts down in the social media upload, pulling on her skin.<\/p>\n

She went on to share footage of herself working out despite being \u201csuper awkward\u201d and \u201cnot a natural athlete.\u201d<\/p>\n
Moore told her followers, \u201cI\u2019m committed to getting stronger for the long run.\u201d<\/p>\n
Hours later, the \u201cThis Is Us\u201d alum said her children called her out during a car ride for being older than their dad, Taylor Goldsmith.<\/p>\n
