Kendall Toole isn\u2019t banning creatine anytime soon.<\/p>\n

The Peloton instructor-turned-social media sensation went viral earlier this year for a resurfaced video<\/a> of her booting an at-home user with an inappropriate username from her class.<\/p>\n

\u201cGet \u2019em banned. We don\u2019t do that here,\u201d she bluntly declared in the shocking clip, which racked up millions of views.<\/p>\n

Since her departure from Peloton<\/a> in June 2024, Toole has built a massive audience online who have responded to her candor. They have migrated to her self-founded fitness app, NKO Club<\/a>, where she shares exercise, lifestyle and nutrition recommendations.<\/p>\n

She\u2019s unapologetically bold and outspoken \u2014 which is why we tapped her for some of her favorite fitness essentials of the moment.<\/p>\n

Creatine has become a \u201cnon-negotiable\u201d for Toole, who recently partnered with Create Wellness<\/a> on their \u201cDo More\u201d campaign.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs both an athlete and a builder, I\u2019m constantly asking a lot of my body and mind, so I rely on supplements that support more than just muscle,\u201d she explained. \u201cI use creatine for cognitive function, muscle health and recovery, and sustained energy throughout the day.\u201d<\/p>\n

A recent study<\/a> demonstrates that creatine may also boast positive mental health benefits<\/a>. According to the review, published in Genomic Press\u2019 Brain Medicine, a group of women with depression who\u00a0took five grams of creatine per day, on top of the\u00a0antidepressant escitalopram, saw improvement in their overall well-being after eight weeks.<\/p>\n

\u201cNespresso is my daily go-to. I get weird looks when I say I like my coffee black and straight. Maybe they expect a fake blonde California girl like me to want matcha mixed with sugar and an alternative milk, but I\u2019m a purist for a quality, strong and smooth black coffee. My only vice is that I do need it iced.\u201d<\/p>\n
