Abby Elliott is walking away from her husband of nearly 10 years, producer Bill Kennedy. <\/p>\n
The 39-year-old actress, who is best known for playing Natalie on the FX hit series \u201cThe Bear,\u201d filed to end their marriage on Friday, according to divorce documents obtained by TMZ<\/a>.<\/p>\n She listed the date of separation as July 8 and \u201cirreconcilable differences\u201d as the reason for the split. <\/p>\n Abby Elliott is walking away from her husband of nearly 10 years, producer Bill Kennedy. Your Name\/BFA \/ Shutterstock<\/p>\n Elliott also requested for joint legal and physical custody of their two children \u2014 Edith, 5, and William, 3 \u2014 whom the estranged couple welcomed during the marriage. <\/p>\n Elliott requested that Kennedy provide her spousal support, and asked the court that he not be awarded any. <\/p>\n She has also requested that the producer pay her legal fees.<\/p>\n A rep for Elliott did not immediately respond to Page Six\u2019s request for comment. <\/p>\n Elliott is best known for playing Natalie on the FX hit series \u201cThe Bear.\u201d Chuck Hodes<\/p>\n In the divorce docs, she listed the date of separation as July 8 and \u201cirreconcilable differences\u201d as the reason for the split.
