KENNEWICK, Wash. \u2014 The Washington State Patrol has issued an AMBER Alert for a 4-year-old girl who authorities say was forcibly taken Saturday morning in Kennewick.<\/p>\n
The child, Grace Susmilch, was reportedly taken by 41-year-old Matthew Susmilch from the South Conway Place area at about 10:45 a.m. Saturday, according to the alert issued on behalf of the Kennewick Police Department.<\/p>\n
Grace’s disappearance poses a credible threat to her health and safety, investigators said. <\/p>\n
Grace is described as 3 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 40 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing white elastic shorts.<\/p>\n
Matthew Susmilch is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 209 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. <\/p>\n
His clothing is unknown. He has tattoos on his neck, both arms, chest, back, and both legs, authorities said. <\/p>\n
The suspect’s vehicle is unknown at this time, police said.<\/p>\n
Anyone who sees Grace or Matthew Susmilch is urged to call 911 immediately.<\/p>\n
