Together.” Since Nick Sirianni was hired as the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles in 2021, he has doubled down on his core values for the team, with connection being one of the most prominent staples. He’s prioritized this in many ways over the years, but heading in the 2026 season, we’re seeing more of the relationship building that’s happening behind the scenes and ahead of training camp. Not that these opportunities to connect as teammates and friends haven’t existed in the past, but there has seemingly been more cameras around to capture it this year. Whatever your opinion on football players posting their workouts, during a long offseason, it at least gives fans a little hope that the team is focused and building a solid foundation in their time away from the building. If nothing else, the 2026 Eagles roster should be as close as ever as they embark on (another) season with high expectations.

NFL fans predict the NFC division winners – SB Nation
Eagles overwhelming NFC East favorites. He has to, at some point, be the guy who punishes aggressive defensive attacks instead of falling victim to them. When the clock is running down, he has to make that throw. He has to be that guy.
