Charlize Theron is coming clean about ogling Matt Damon\u2019s ripped physique<\/a> after he transformed to film The Odyssey.<\/p>\n

Damon, 55, lost more than 20 pounds<\/a> and underwent intense training to get in shape to play Odysseus in Christopher Nolan\u2019s adaptation of Homer\u2019s Greek epic<\/a>.<\/p>\n

When an interviewer with Entertainment Tonight<\/a> pointed out Damon\u2019s muscles at the movie\u2019s world premiere in London, Theron \u2014 who plays Greek goddess Calypso in the film<\/a> \u2014\u00a0admitted that she was checking him out as well.<\/p>\n

\u201cI’ve seen him without all of that suit on. He’s incredible. Incredible,\u201d the Oscar-winning actor, 50, gushed to ET. \u201cIt\u2019s weird. I\u2019m, like, staring at him weirdly. I\u2019m looking at his ass.\u201d<\/p>\n

She then joked, \u201cI shouldn\u2019t do that! That\u2019s just wrong,\u201d before doubling down on how \u201camazing\u201d he looked.<\/p>\n

The two A-list actors go way back. They co-starred in The Legend of Bagger Vance with Will Smith in 2000 and have remained friends over the years.<\/p>\n

Theron said on the Today show <\/a>earlier this month that reuniting with Damon on set was \u201csentimental.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe did the first take, and I just went, \u2018Oh my God, we did this when we were babies, and here we are, two old humans,\u2019\u201d she said on the show July 13, adding that Damon is \u201cjust one of my favorite people.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added: \u201cIt\u2019s rare that you get to do something like that, you know, to experience the same experience, like 30 years later, and with someone as great and as wonderful.\u201d<\/p>\n

In addition to Theron and Damon, Nolan\u2019s adaptation <\/a>starred Tom Holland as Telemachus, Robert Pattinson as Antinous and Zendaya as Athena. It also features Anne Hathaway, Elliot Page and Lupita Nyong\u2019o.<\/p>\n

For his lead role, Damon has previously opened up about the physical training <\/a>that he underwent to take on the role after Nolan asked him to be \u201clean but strong.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI was in great shape. I lost a lot of weight,\u201d the Good Will Hunting actor told Jason and Travis Kelce<\/a> on their New Heights podcast in January.<\/p>\n

Damon, who has been married to Luciana Barroso since 2005, said he weighed between 185 and 200 pounds before filming the movie, but worked with his doctor to cut gluten from his diet <\/a>\u2014 which proved to be the key to his transformation.<\/p>\n

\u201cI did that whole movie at 167,\u201d he said. \u201cAnd I haven\u2019t been that light since high school.
