The man who jumped from a fourth-story balcony in an attempt to avoid arrest has pled guilty in a federal health care fraud case, according to court documents.<\/p>\n
Muhammad Abdulqadir Omar of Roseville, and another man, Ibrahim Bashir Abdi of Minneapolis are both accused of stealing more than $3 million in tax dollars by submitting fake Medicaid claims.<\/p>\n
The men submitted those claims through HSS providers North Home Health Care LLC and South Home Health Care LLC.<\/p>\n
This is the latest guilty plea in the Justice Department\u2019s $90 million fraud investigation. <\/p>\n
So far, at least two other suspects have pleaded guilty of the 15 people who have been charged.<\/p>\n
