{"id":785534,"date":"2026-07-26T13:34:08","date_gmt":"2026-07-26T13:34:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/785534\/"},"modified":"2026-07-26T13:34:08","modified_gmt":"2026-07-26T13:34:08","slug":"urgent-need-to-address-the-lack-of-psychiatric-help-for-waterford-prisoners-news","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/785534\/","title":{"rendered":"\u2018Urgent\u2019 need to address the lack of psychiatric help for Waterford prisoners &#8211; News"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"\">Once again in Waterford Courthouse this week, a prisoner was left in legal limbo as the necessary psychiatric reports to progress his case cannot be obtained for him.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">The man, who suffers from serious mental health conditions, needs a psychiatric evaluation to determine his capacity to plead to his charges.
