49ers defensive end Nick Bosa avoided the physically unable to perform list to open training camp and his performance in the first day of practice impressed one of his longtime teammates. <\/p>\n
Bosa tore his ACL in Week 3 of the 2025 season, but left tackle Trent Williams said on Sunday that one wouldn\u2019t know that from watching him on the field. <\/p>\n
\u201cI see him every day, I can\u2019t tell he had an injury and came back from anything,\u201d Williams said, via Cam Inman of the Bay Area News Group. \u201cMost people with an injury that catastrophic, you can see it with something, like with atrophy in leg. Bosa looks better than he did before he got hurt<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n It\u2019s the third time that Bosa has recovered from a torn ACL \u2014 he tore his right one for the second time last season \u2014 and that experience likely helped him with his approach to this round of rehab.
