A man in eastern China has sued a gym after he paid it more than 870,000 yuan (US$120,000) for memberships lasting 300 years before the management fled with his cash.<\/p>\n

The man, known as Jin, has also sought the help of a television station to expose the Ranyan Gym in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province.<\/p>\n

Jin showed the station 26 contracts he signed with the gym for buying memberships and coaching sessions.<\/p>\n

\u201cFrom May 10 to July 9, I bought about 1,200 lessons and membership cards with an accumulative validity period of 300 years, at a total cost of 871,273 yuan,\u201d Jin was quoted as saying.<\/p>\n
