Some wore black veils, some held white roses.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The coffin read, \u201cRIP CLIPBOARD,\u201d referring to the decades-old information-gathering staple of health care provider waiting rooms.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSo who killed the clipboard?\u201d asked Zac Jiwa, a federal Medicare official.
