Baltimore City and Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Howard and Prince George\u2019s counties were hit the hardest, BGE said in a statement.<\/p>\n
BGE estimated that power would be restored to 80% of customers impacted by the storm by 11 p.m. on Wednesday. Full restoration is not expected until Thursday night.<\/p>\n
Crews are still assessing the damage, but preliminary reports included downed wires, broken poles and fallen trees.<\/p>\n
