This first round of auditions will be with \u201cAmerican Idol\u201d producers, who will then pass contestants on to the judge auditions. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tVideo auditions will be accepted for those who cannot attend their state\u2019s specific date. Contestants must be 15 years of age by Feb. 15, 2027.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tHannah Harper was crowned the winner of Season 24 of \u201cAmerican Idol\u201d in May. The season featured judges Luke Bryan, Lionel Richie and Carrie Underwood, as well as host Ryan Seacrest.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cAmerican Idol\u201d is produced by Fremantle and 19 Entertainment, a part of Sony Pictures Television.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe \u201cIdol Across America\u201d audition schedule is as follows:<\/p>\n<p>Aug. 25: VIP Day (Only the first 250 singers who register will secure a spot for their chance to become the next \u201cAmerican Idol.\u201d Once all spots are claimed, registration for this date closes.)<\/p>\n<p>Aug. 26: Florida, Michigan, Virginia, West Virginia<\/p>\n<p>Aug. 27: Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania<\/p>\n<p>Aug. 31: The South Open Call<\/p>\n<p>Sept. 1: Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Wisconsin<\/p>\n<p>Sept. 2: Alaska, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Washington<\/p>\n<p>Sept. 8: Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas<\/p>\n<p>Sept. 9: Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Wyoming<\/p>\n<p>Sept. 11: Nationwide Open Call<\/p>\n<p>Sept. 14: East Coast Open Call<\/p>\n<p>Sept. 16: Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina<\/p>\n<p>Sept. 18: Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont<\/p>\n<p>Sept. 21: West and Midwest Open Call<\/p>\n<p>Sept. 23: Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi<\/p>\n<p>Sept. 25: Delaware, Maryland, Ohio, Washington, D.C., Rhode Island, Massachusetts<\/p>\n<p>Sept. 28: Nationwide Open Call<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"\u201cAmerican Idol\u201d has been renewed for Season 25.
