Combs<\/a> has been moved up one month, according to federal inmate records.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Combs, 56, is now scheduled to be released from prison on Jan. 24, 2028, according to U.S. Federal Bureau of Prisons inmate records reviewed by ABC News.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">No reason was given for the new anticipated release date, which is subject to shift again due to behavior in prison and other factors.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">A representative for Combs declined to comment Thursday on the new release date.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Combs was\u00a0<a class=\"zZygg UbGlr iFzkS qdXbA WCDhQ DbOXS tqUtK GpWVU iJYzE \" data-testid=\"prism-linkbase\" href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.com\/US\/live-updates\/sean-diddy-combs-sentencing-live-updates\/?id=126081824\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">sentenced<\/a>\u00a0to 50 months in prison in October of last year for his conviction on two prostitution-related offenses.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The rap mogul is appealing his conviction and sentence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Earlier this month, Combs was involved in a fight at the federal prison where he is currently serving his sentence, a source familiar with the incident told ABC News.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The other inmate involved in the altercation made a remark to Combs, which instigated the event, the source said.\u00a0<a class=\"zZygg UbGlr iFzkS qdXbA WCDhQ DbOXS tqUtK GpWVU iJYzE \" data-testid=\"prism-linkbase\" href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.com\/US\/new-lawsuit-accuses-sean-diddy-combs-sexually-assaulting\/story?id=133725774\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Combs<\/a>\u00a0was sent to solitary confinement, according to a source.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">A spokesperson for the Federal Bureau of Prisons told ABC News on July 24 that the agency does not comment on the &#8220;conditions of confinement, disciplinary matters, or other information regarding individual inmates due to privacy, safety, and security concerns.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Combs&#8217;
