News, Brittney and Cherelle have been living apart with no intimate relations since July 24.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The filing notes that \u201cthe marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken\u201d and alleges there is \u201cno hope of reconciliation.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>As for their 2-year-old son the filing suggests \u201cit is in the best interests of the Child that the parties be awarded joint physical custody of the Child on a temporary and permanent basis with the parties having parenting time as determined in accordance with the Child\u2019s best interests.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Brittney also asks that child support be awarded and determined in accordance with Georgia\u2019s Child Support Guidelines.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the filing requests their marital assets and debts\u00a0be divided equally and that Brittney be awarded \u201cher separate, non-marital property, including but not limited to inherited property as well as pre-marital property.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Brittney Griner\u00a0and Cherelle Griner\u2019s relationship is undergoing a turnover.
